Abraham has practiced a unique and creative design solution process since leaving his native Costa Rica.  He has over thirty-five years of success in architectural design, environmental design, construction and real estate development in South Florida. His professional experience includes site design, land planning for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use developments. He also has extensive experience in sustainable hospitality and multi-family projects. He has been responsible for taking projects from conceptual planning and design through design development, land entitlement process, financing, construction, economic stabilization, disposition and sales of major projects.  Abraham has worked on a wide variety of project scopes, from small-scale domestic commercial and residential properties to large-scale mixed-use developments. His ability to work closely with all types of professionals including; architects, planners, landscape architects, engineers, surveyors, brokers and contractors on a regular basis achieves the best possible results on any given project.

Abraham holds numerous U.S. and International Patents in a variety of fields which include; engineering building systems, energy and water saving devises, the waste industry, new packaging for perishable and pharmaceutical products, medical and dental devises as well as many other products in different stages of the patent pending and design process. He also has been instrumental in placing some of these new products into the marketplace, including sustainable green products for the waste industry.

Nitzan Mosery is co-founder and C.E.O. of Cornerstone Investment Partners, LLC and has been involved in real estate for the past 20 years. He currently owns many properties nationally and worldwide.

While living in New York, Nitzan owned a restoration and renovation company and applied his knowledge in the construction field, working on numerous single family homes, multi-family and commercial projects of up to 300 units.

Since moving to South Florida in 2009, Nitzan became a licensed real estate professional and is extensively involved in the South Florida market.

Nitzan’s first-hand knowledge of spotting emerging markets has helped Cornerstone position itself correctly to take advantage of a growing economy has been very crucial to the success of Cornerstone. Mr. Parzygnat is the founder of V1Capital Advisors and president of V1 Fund Services, a boutique style third party administrator. Providing independent administration and accounting services to alternative investment funds such as Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Family Offices and any other investment managers, as well as Property Administration and Investment Management for Real Estate companies.

Kenneth has served in financial capacities for over 25 years assuming positions ranging from entrepreneur of his own startup distribution company to be the Chief Operating Officer of a well-respected consulting firm for institutional investors. He has and continues to deal with firms in structured and alternative finance which include insurance companies, pension funds, securitization trusts, private equity funds, hedge funds and family offices.

Through the administration of his client’s respective businesses, Kenneth has firsthand experience with the challenges associated with raising, deploying and maintaining deployed capital across sectors. His experience includes, but is in no way limited to, Real Estate, Aviation, Manufacturing and service-related industries.

Mr. Parzygnat attended Florida International University in Miami majoring in Finance. His involvement in the South Florida financial community includes serving on the board for the CFA Society of South Florida (CFASFL) and has been a member of the Florida Alternative Investment Association (FLAIA). Kenneth is also a member of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) and has served as Managing Director of the Miami Family Office Association.
